Participate in Wayfinder's video competition on youtube

Be your own movie director! Produce a short video about one of Wayfinder’s mobile navigational and location solutions, upload it on youtube on May 23 the latest and get the chance to be one of five winners. Here are the rules:

The video should somehow refer to Wayfinder’s navigational and location solutions (look at wayfinder.com/products). You could, for instance, interview a happy Wayfinder user, film a product demonstration, fake a tv ad for Wayfinder, show how Wayfinder’s solutions solve a problem or innovative ways of applying Wayfinder’s solutions etc. Use your fantasy!

How to participate
When your film is ready, create a profile on youtube. There you can upload your video. Afterwards you contact Wayfinder on video.competition@wayfinder.com to add your video on www.youtube.com/wayfindercompetition.

Five winners will be chosen amongst the films that have been submitted on May 23 at 24:00 CET the latest. Film quality, amount of views, user comments and ratings on youtube will help us to identify the winners. The winners will be contacted by e-mail or phone.

The prizes
The five winners will get:

  • First prize: Sony Vaio LapTop (Value app. 1000 €)
  • Second prize: Sony Ericsson W760i with Wayfinder Navigator 12 months (Value app. 500 €)
  • Third prize: Wayfinder Navigator 12 months and Bluetooth GPS receiver (Value 180 €)
  • Fourth prize: Wayfinder Navigator 12 months (software only) (Value 90 €)
  • Fifth prize: Wayfinder Navigator 3 months (software only) (Value 30 €)

Moreover the winner videos may be used without charge in Wayfinder’s internal and external information and marketing campaigns. Good PR for your work!

Language, length and technique
The spoken words of the video should be in English, or at least include English subtitles. Sometimes pictures and the music are enough. The video must not be longer than five minutes. All techniques are allowed: filming with a video camera, a mobile phone or a web cam, colour or digital animation etc.
